The Challenge

There can be a lot of boba drinks to navigate through, and sometimes it’s hard to tell what’s in them. After finally choosing a drink, customers must go through a sequence of customization screens.

How can we make kiosk checkouts easier and minimize the long line?

The Approach

It’s important to create an experience that gets the line going faster, but it was also a fun experience to incorporate fun graphics that embrace the brand to make the experience more exciting.
